A Familiar Story

Commissioned for The King's Singers, A Familiar Story was written during Kieran Brunt's residency at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. The work reflects Brunt's distinctive approach to vocal composition, drawing together contemporary choral writing with the ensemble's celebrated close-harmony tradition. The commission forms part of an expanding catalogue of new works created for leading vocal ensembles and international performance platforms.
