Ivan Michael Blackstock was appointed an Associate Artist at the Southbank Centre, recognising his contribution as one of the UK's most influential multidisciplinary artists. Spanning dance, performance, film and cultural leadership, the appointment builds on a longstanding relationship with the Southbank Centre, following performances, creative residencies and presentations with CRXSS PLATFXRM. As Associate Artist, Blackstock continues to develop ambitious new work exploring identity, community and contemporary culture through interdisciplinary practice.
