The Unfolding with Hannah Peel & Paraorchestra

Hannah Peel and Paraorchestra toured The Unfolding, their acclaimed collaborative work reimagining Peel's Mercury Prize-shortlisted album for large ensemble. Combining electronics, analogue synthesis and Paraorchestra's distinctive approach to orchestral performance, the project transformed the album into an immersive live experience, exploring themes of nature, ecology and humanity's relationship with the environment.

Conducted by Charles Hazlewood, The Unfolding brought together Paraorchestra's internationally renowned disabled and non-disabled musicians with Peel's richly textured compositions, creating an expansive orchestral interpretation of one of her most celebrated works. The tour culminated in a headline performance at Bluedot Festival, introducing the project to audiences through one of the UK's leading festivals for music, science and culture.
